Refund Policy

Our refund policy pertains to the sale amount of components or products at their current market value, excluding shipping charges. Additionally, we retain the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on computer systems or products, except when all three of the following conditions are met:

  1. The return of your purchase to Zestro is initiated within 15 days of the original delivery date (or order date if delivery was delayed upon request).

  2. A defective hardware component/product within or associated with the computer is identified, leading to issues of instability, performance, or defects.

  3. Zestro or a Zestro-contracted third-party computer company confirms that the aforementioned stability or performance issues are directly attributed to the hardware within the computer/product, independent of software factors such as the operating system, drivers, or other software components.

All merchandise returned to Zestro must be accompanied by its original packaging, including manuals and accessories. All sales of software items are final. Opened accessories, such as speakers and monitors, are ineligible for return and will not qualify for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are accountable for return shipping fees.

It’s important to note that valid original sales receipts are mandatory for all return processes. The Zestro 15-day money-back guarantee is only applicable if the computer system is returned within 15 days from the purchase date and if the system indeed contains defective hardware. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Refund amounts will be equivalent to the full purchase price of a new Zestro computer at the prevailing market rate (Section F provides further details).

In instances where Zestro dispatches an incorrect, manufacturer-defective, or shipment-damaged item, replacements will be arranged, subject to availability, or a refund will be issued. Return-related shipping fees borne by customers will be reimbursed by Zestro.

Before initiating any returns, we recommend backing up all software and data and removing any personal or private information to prevent unauthorized access or use. Zestro cannot be held liable for data loss or its misuse on returned computers, regardless of the reason for return.

Refunds typically require 10 to 14 working days for processing and will be facilitated exclusively through the original payment method used.
